St. Thomas More Catholic School is committed to educating students in Catholic values and traditions. In partnership with parents, we are committed to a rigorous standards-based, core curriculum infused with Catholic Identity that supports 21st-century learning. We guide our students to become morally aware and socially responsible citizens through their actions and service.
Every effort is made to keep tuition rates within the reach of school families. Discounts are given to active parish families and families with more than one child enrolled. Financial assistance through the Catholic Education Foundation (CEF) is available to families that qualify.
St. Thomas More participates in the Church’s mission of excellence in education by providing an environment of faith-based life and learning. Our goal is to teach young people to integrate their values into all aspects of life and encourage them to grow in their relationship with God, their self-worth, and in their respect for one another. We provide students with educational and social skills needed to be active, productive members of the community. We strive to graduate young adults who are effective witnesses to the presence of Christ in the world.
The curriculum provides school-wide Christian projects that involve students in service within the parish and the community, including fundraising for cancer research, disaster relief, toy drives for the poor, and provisions for the homeless. Grades 6 to 8 complete service hours, including river clean-up, beach clean-up and food pantry sorting and packing.
