The pastor and principal are responsible for determining the admission of students to St. Thomas
More School. With its educational programs and financial considerations, the school will strive to have Catholic education accessible to as many students as possible.
After completing the application, interviews, and assessment, a student may be admitted into preschool through Eighth Grade. The application process involves an assessment of the child’s academic readiness, a parent orientation with the principal, receipt of all required documents, and a review of the most current report card. Preference is given to active members of the parish.
The recommended age for Kindergarten is five years of age on or before September 1, per California law. The recommended age for first-grade students is six years on or before September 1, per California law.
All students must comply with California immunization and health requirements before enrollment.
